March 2013

March 4th- Happy 60th Mom!

March 15-16th- The boys were invited to play in the All-Star Tournament. This was for 5-6th graders. They ended up playing a travel team from Griswold that had a few 7th graders on it and WON! The game was neck and neck up until the very end when Griswold got into foul trouble. Franklin played so well together and the unselfishness among the team was amazing!

March 21st- Bigs and Littles Tournament. Parker's team ended up taking 2nd place and Blake's team ended up taking first! For this tournament, Parker (6th) was the BIG against Blake's BIG ( Jack in 8th). Needless to say, Parker held his own very well against a lot of the 8th graders. Oh and he played sick! This was his first day back to school after being out for two days with a cold and fever.

March 22nd- Blake is working on his project for Invention Convention- A cap for bed head.

March 23rd- Went to the movies. EXCELLENT MOVIE!!!!!

March 31st- Empty apartment again :(

February 2013

February 1st- Kaleigh was at Snow Camp, so Parker rode with me.

February 13-14 - We had two days off due to snow. We played games, changed the oil in the car, made shirts for gym, and tried to defrost the cat!

February 16th- Winter isn't complete in the Sharp house, without a little ice fishing.

February 17th- More sledding.

February 18th- Riding time

February 19th- I was about to put clothes in the dryer, when this silly kitty jumped in.

February 20th- I had the day off of work so me and the bestie went for breakfast, a hike and then for pedicures. My very 1st Pedi, I might add!

Later that day....School Team Championship Game! We won!

February 21st- Olympian Sleepover

February 23rd- Rec Basketball Banquet

January 2014

January 5th- We went to Johnny Rockets at the casino for lunch.

January 6th- Randomness

January 7th- Cute Kitten!

January 15th- Okay...I like the beard...but this is a bit much.

January19th- No matter the weather or temperatures, you can't keep this kid off a horse!

January 21st- More snow! And I have to deal with it alone because Eric is down and out with the flu and pneumonia.

January 22nd- Took the kids sledding to get them out of the house.

January 23rd.... BRRRR! It was about -11 overnight.

January 25th- Olympian Swim

January 26th- Daddy is feeling better!

December 2013

Super busy month! Between basketball, working, and getting ready for the holidays, I feel like there was no time to breathe, let alone get blogging done.

December 1st

December 2nd
Blake and his "Parts of the Eye" project for school.

December 6th
Two events in the same night....So Eric and I divided and conquered. My mother, grandmother and I, went to Kaleigh's school concert and auction. Eric and the boys went to the dodgeball tournament that they had signed up for months ago.

December 7th
Nothing sexier than a man that does dishes! LOL!

December 8th
Trimming the Tree...due to the weather, and basketball schedules, we got our tree much later than usual this year!

December 10th
First school game

December 11th
Snow Day!!!! And boy did they pack a lot in! Horseback riding in the snow, pulling the sled around with the quad, and a game of kickball in the snow!
