After our stay with the Sabo's, we continued south to see our BFF's that used to live here in CT. Our kids have literally grown up together and I don't think anyone "gets me" like my girlfriend Nicole. During our stay, I realized how very much I miss them. Sure we facetime, just about every day, but it is just not the same as spending time with those close to you. The weather down south was just gorgeous, with temps in the 60's and 70's. All the flowers and trees were in bloom. It got me to thinking, we should move down here. Kaleigh and I could ride just about year round. The cost of living is a fraction of what it is in CT. We would only be 3 hours away from my brother in law and his family. Yup, sounds like a plan to me. Unfortunately, these are not good enough reasons for my other half. Oh well, at least I have these pictures of our time together.
The girls and their 'Best Friend' necklaces they got on their shopping outing.
Parker got a Star Wars ship from the Lego store down there and Mitch and him spend about an hour putting it together.
