Parker's Solo Debut

Last night we attended the 4th and 5th grade concert at the school.  They performed many different songs that gave us an example of the different things they were learning about in music class.  I was thrilled to learn from Parker's music teacher that he would be singing a solo.  When I asked Parker why he never told me about the news, he said because he wanted it to be a surprise.  And it was!  I didn't know my son had such a lovely voice.

Little did I know, he had a bet going with a buddy of his that his mom would cry over the event.  You can see the moment in the video where they realize the bet had been won.  LOL!  Yup I had a teary-eyed proud mama moment.
