Remodel

Our tenant moved out on August 1st and Eric scrambled to get in there and get it remodeled. The lady that was in there was a smoker AND had a dog. The place smelled so bad I could barely stomach to be in there. Sorry if I offend any one that may read this and smokes....but it is the most foul smell that permeates everything. We needed to put KILLS primer on everything because even after washing everything the cigarette smoke would bleed through the paint. We had to rip up all the rugs. Eric replaced ALL the floors and the place got new toilet, vanity and cabinets and counter tops. I wish I had taken a before shot to really show you the difference. But I must say that my hubby did an AMAZING job with the place and it only took him two months, which is great because it was during the time frame he was working overtime at his regular job to fill in for others vacations. We had a new tenant in by October 1st. We certainly missed him and are glad he is back to spend some time with us. Thanks for all you do for us baby!
